XIX did almost the same thing a year ago to SMASH, doesn't anyone read the forums ?

SMASH actually scammed XIX, not the other way around.
Sorry try again, no isk or assets or anything from XIX went to SMASH. Miz Cenjui scammed UAxDeath, he had left SMASH at the time, Peoke had told UAxDeath not to trust him, but after he had left SMASH UAxDeath decided not to use Peoke as a third party, gave Miz the 10b directly and was podded. This hurts pride quite badly, to get scammed, so UAxDeath had MACTEP to set SMASH red and was going to hotdrop SMASH caps that were sieging for them in 77S at the time.
As it turns out the whole deal basically meant that the 10/10 complex promised to SMASH for their assistance in Cloud Ring and Detorid never eventuated, it instead went to RA.
It's amazing just how dilluted and changed this story has become within Goonswarm and RA, like a year of chinese whispers and carefully crafted propaganda.

From what I'm reading it had nothing to do with POS mechanics (ie the shield not allowing the ship in). If it was freshly launched it should have had no corp attached and so no matter the password or POS setting it should have remained in the POS. I'm gathering that when it was physically jettisoned it chose to jettison 'ontop' of an existing structure of some kind and so fly out into space. Any smaller ship wouldn't have done this but a titan being so fricking big will.... I imagine that there are only a dozen people in the game maybe less that could have known this. And there was probably still a 90% chance that it would just stay in the shield.

Don't worry in a few months this thread will be good and burried and when Goonswarm lose a titan to RA they will be posting the same thread, RA have no honour, why didn't anyone warn us ?

No, they're not, they're professional whiners. They whine on the forums, in local to CCP and when all that fails they whine to RA to come fix it for them. I guess a skirt does look like a curtain when you're hiding under it.
